Alrights. So my account is going to be suspended and I can only get my funds out in 180 days time? How stupid is that? And which part of their user agreement state that you have to be 18 to use their service? I think that the lastest email I sent was a really nice and fluffy email. And if they are still going to withhold my money, I will not be a sitting duck.

I understand that I am under 18 and I shall not argue further with your company's inflexible policies in the discrimination of young entrepreneurs who wants to deal with international waters.
However, I will not accept the fact that your company is only releasing my funds in 6 months time. If your company is to limit my account, I expect that the remaining balance in my account to be returned to me as soon as possible and not after 6 months. I will give your company up to two weeks to return me my remaining funds via bank transfer.
If necessary, I will bring this case up to the relevant higher authorities if your company cannot comply as I feel that if your company were to suspend my account right now, why should my funds only be released 6 months later? As this is just ridiculous and a major waste of my time, I hope to hear that I will be getting my funds back from your company soon.
