My school is currently having its annual 'election day' whereby the students in my school gets voted to be part of the student council or the various school's clubs.
Posters, facebook groups, posters and more posters were basically hanging at every available space on the walls of my school screaming in your face 'VOTE FOR ME!!!'
Naturally, I had no interest in the politics of my school but I went to cast my votes anyways and it was pretty epic 8D
I had 15 votes each for both the student union and the design studies club.
For the student union, I only know one candidate from the shortlisted list of like seventeen? While I know three candidates who are shortlisted for the design studies club out of seventeen... So I basically casted my votes this way:
1) Vote for the people I know
2) Vote for the people in Design School
3) Vote for girls
4) Vote for year 3 guys..
And tadah~ I 'took part' in my school event. 8D
My modules for this month are packaging and web design! Packaging seems really tough and challenging while web design should be pretty alright as my lecturer is a really nice guy(:
I am not excatly sure whose memory is it but I could have sworn that I did some kind of web design via dream weaver in primary school! My topic was sharks and I guess I threw everything back to my teacher 8D
My flash animation skills are obsolete or there were never there to begin with as my group can never make that stupid red ball move in the screen. Ah wells. Thank god web design is not that technical>.<
Side track a little but I like this shot 8D In fact, I like the set of shots I took for this guy! Shall post up more soon(:
Tomorrow will be the day whereby I view and hopefully am able to purchase the 35mm F2 lens for 340SD *throws fireworks* I almost gave up looking for this lens in the 2nd hand market and I was going to fork out some 600+SGD next month to get a brand new one! Thing is, that seller only deals in pioneer... Which is at the extreme west side of Singapore while I am located in the extreme east... I am going to die traveling there T_T
In the meantime, I am trying to convince myself that I should not get a rangefinder yet. I am looking at the Konica Hexar RF and the Yashica 35CCN cross my fingers it is not sold yet which I mentioned a few post back. I really really want to try out shooting with a rangefinder and a Leica seems to be a really far away dream right now as the Leica lens that I want costs even more than the M6's body T_T
Don't even get me started in the M9.
Ah wells. Besides reflecting like crazy today, I got a 'glimpse' into the mind and life of one of my old classmate: Jess and what she would do with the prize money of 1500SGD if she got the sports woman of the year award from her school.
As quoted: "Maybe we can use it to stock up on shuttlecocks...?"
You are dearly loved sweetie(: Thank you for making my day 8D
I posted an shot that looks something like this a while back.
This shot however is much stronger than the last as you can see the woman's eyes gazing at the man. It didn't work for the last shot as she looked down and the image didn't really say much then I guess:3 Enlightened by M
I stood with the fish mongers inside their stall for this shot and my billingham smelt of fish afterwards as it was so cramped that you can hardly move and the fishy smell just rubs off you.
Still, I was glad that I got a chance to stand inside 8D

FanofAlice: Thank you! I am looking for stories right now and I prefer human photography to animals(: I should be completing my series on the market before I move on to anything so you can expect the next few months to be filled with images of fish 8D
Esther: Hihi!!! Shall link you 8D
Angela: I doubt I would have the time T_T Holidays are meant for me to shoot but the YOG is going to kill a lot of my time>.< And yessu you can't trust men besides a few.
