But I am quite happy with how I framed the photos(: And its really an AWESOME opportunity as I get to go real close with the 35mm! Surprisingly, my shots with the 35mm turned out better than the 100mm! Maybe it was due to the space constrain and that I could hardly move back without knocking over the cart full of beauty products>.< My portraits this time were really DISAPPOINTING. T___T I felt that the group photos were so horribly taken in terms of composition and arrangement of the humans>.> Even with my so called exposure and knowledge of portraits, when it comes to taking an actual group photo, I know nuts.
Its time for photo shop to save the day!!! Hopefully I still have my head switching and body re-aliment skills with me>.<
Ah wells. Child labor.
Taken with the 35mm!
Taken with the 100<333
Next was EOY which I have not sorted out the pictures yet>.< I got some really good shots of some cosplayers as the lighting was awesome! Framing was once again messy with the 35mm but fabulous with the 100mm! I switched to the 100mm after 20mins of struggling with the 35mm>.< The 35mm is really awesome for taking full length shots and group photos but I still prefer using the 100mm as it really captures the details I want in my shots. Or maybe its because I only have F4 for my 35mm that I am losing focus>.<
There were many kinds of photographers at EOY today! Some with their EXTRA power pack for their blinding flash, some with two camera bodies with attached flash and one more flash on hand, others with either pop-up flash or modified flash and mega/ gigantic/ enormous/ block my way and view 'umbrellas' and others with LED continuous lightings. O.O
I shall consider bringing a spotlight or some candles for the next event.
After which, I headed on down for dinner<3 Thanks D for the dinner and ice-cream treat<333 Then it was TAIKO TIME! In which I lost to Spy... Ah wells. Its life. Move on(:
