Really pissed off with one phone call today...

Me: Good afternoon travel goods department jamie speaking how can i help you?

Woman: Yes hi. I am coming from raffles because they say that i can claim 10 gift wrappers and a box and...

Me: what on earth is she talking about...

Woman: No no. Raffles say that i can claim 10 gift wrappers and a box so i am coming down now.

Me: Raffles? But this is center point. And they will only give you gift wrappers according to the number of items you have.

Woman: I bought a dress. It cost $149!!! So am i entitled to 10 gift wrappers and a box.

Me: No. I do not think they will give you that much...

Woman: What? But i bought a dress!!!

Me: really pissed Ok. The maximum they can give you is 5.

Woman: And the box.

Me: ...

Woman: How about 6? It is just one more.

Me: *throws phone in to the sea*

After many mins of arguing...

Woman: So can they give me 7? And the box.

Me :*explodes*



Some stupid customer... Just one item and she wants 10 wrapping paper! I think she can use to mop the floor. She did come down to center point later that day and made a lot of noise... But good thing the old and rusty was there to save the day.

On a brighter note, my doll has dispatched from the sorting center and i got a feeling that she will arrive tomorrow. Which is today. Which means my mum will scream at me again cause she has absolutely no ideal that a ordered a dollfie(: Ho hum..
